KICK-OFF SESSION
We start with a focused day to get clear on your marketing game plan. This day can be in-person (London,UK) or online on which we work out what’s really going on, and set a clear direction.
WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
Each week we tackle the problems we’ve identified, make decisions, and take action. Between calls, you can reach me anytime via Slack for quick questions or guidance.
OBJECTIVE TRACKER
You’ll get access to a dashboard where you can track your marketing efforts, see what’s working, and double down on the strategies that bring results.
MARKETING PLANNER
We’ll create a planner that fits your way of working, helping you stay organised, focused, and proactive with your marketing.
MARKETING MATERIAL REVIEWS
I’ll give feedback on the materials you want me to look over, from social media posts and email campaigns to landing pages and client communications.

WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE The kick off day, I prefer to come to your workplace, mess and all. So I can truly get a deeper understanding of how you work, what you actually need around you to help and what you are actually up against. If not for an additional fee we can book a room somewhere in London. Other cities are available with an additional travel fee, please get in touch if you'd like to explore your options! The rest will all be online.

It’s about having someone in your corner to keep you accountable, give you clarity, and help you take consistent action. By working the plan we create together, you’ll build stronger marketing foundations, attract steady leads, and have the confidence to make decisions that grow your business.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE HAVE 1:1 SESSIONS We’ll meet for a 60-minute coaching call every week. In between sessions, you’ll have Slack access for quick questions and updates.
